This class adds to our basic yoga practice by deepening the exploration of strength, flexibility, and balance.
Power Vinyasa Yoga*
A cardio-intensive practice
that links breath and movement. Practices highlight creative
postures and sequencing to provide both mental and physical
benefits.
Tibetan Heart Yoga*
This practice combines the outer and inner methods of yoga.
We use body, breath, and mind to create deep and profound
changes in ourselves and in our world. This is a vinyasa style
class that includes unique instruction on how yoga works.
Ashtanga Yoga - Follow the Yogi
A led class drawing from the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga, requiring some familiarity with the postures.
